 At SiestaEdu, we know that plans can change, and sometimes things don’t go as expected. If your visa gets rejected or other unforeseen issues come up, we’re here to support you.

 

Below, you’ll find our refund policy, which ensures fairness and clarity for everyone: 

 

 

1. Accommodation Packages

 

 

If your visa application is rejected, you may cancel your accommodation package and request a refund under the following conditions:

 

 

-Notification Period: You must notify us within 10 days of receiving the official visa rejection letter.

 

-Required Documents: A valid official rejection letter and a copy of your full passport must be submitted for processing.

 

 

Refund Amounts:

 

 

-Economy Accommodation Package: €105.38 (22% of the total package cost)

 

-Standard Accommodation Package: €173.7 (30% of the total package cost)

 

-Premium Accommodation Package: €319.6 (40% of the total package cost)

 

-Non-Refundable Items: The security deposit is non-refundable.

 

-Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

 

 

Please, remember that we offer a complimentary updated room reservation letter for visa re-application or appeal.

 

 

2.GlobalStudent Health Insurance

 

 

If your visa is rejected, the insurance can be canceled, and a full refund will be issued minus an administration fee.

 

Please, remember that no refunds will be provided once the insurance coverage has started.

 

If the insurance has not yet started, the activation date can be changed by providing a new admission letter with the updated intake.

 

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.

 

 

 

3) Education Services:

 

 

 

Full Refunds:

 

 

A full refund will be granted only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

 

 

-SiestaEdu is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen internal issues.

 

-The student cancels within 48 hours of payment, provided that no work has begun.

 

 

Partial Refunds:

 

 

If document preparation has started but applications have not yet been submitted, a 70% refund will be provided.

 

If one university application has been submitted, a 50% refund will be considered.

 

If two or more applications have been submitted, no refund will be granted.

 

Refunds for education services will be processed within 10 business days after approval.

 

 

4) Immigration Services

 

 

-Students may cancel their immigration service booking within 48 hours of purchase to receive a full refund.

 

-After this period, cancellations and refunds will not be possible.

 

-Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.
