3. Can I request changes to my resume and cover letter?

 

Yes, we allow one free revision after delivering your resume and cover letter to ensure they align with your preferences. Additional revisions may be subject to an extra fee.

 

4. What happens if my university applications get rejected?

 

While we cannot guarantee admission, we help you apply strategically to maximize your chances. If all applications are rejected, we can explore alternative options, but refunds are not provided for submitted applications.

 

5. How many university applications are included in the service?

 

Our service includes submitting up to five applications to universities in Spain. If you wish to apply to more, additional fees may apply.

 

6. Can I get a refund if I decide not to apply after document preparation has started?

 

Yes, if document preparation has begun but no applications have been submitted, you may receive a 70% refund.

 

8. What if I cancel after submitting one university application?

 

If one application has been submitted, you may receive a 50% refund. However, if two or more applications have been submitted, no refund will be provided.

11. How long does it take to process a refund?

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval.

To request a refund, email us with your payment details and reason for the refund. We will review your request and respond accordingly.
